Between these two rooms, there is a two-pane sliding glass door, allowing the room to also be used as a private retreat. Connected to the living room, which features genuine hardwood flooring, is a spacious, very bright conservatory with direct access to the garden via a sliding door. There is a small, idyllic pond in the garden. An electric blind in the roof provides protection from excessive sunlight. Some of the windows can be opened electronically for ventilation. The apartment is equipped with a built-in kitchen, including a new stove. In addition to the kitchen, there is another utility room available. The bathroom features a shower and built-in cabinets. The apartment is suitable for a couple with a maximum of 2 children. The apartment is in very good and renovated condition.
