97688 Bad Kissingen – BayernOur recently renovated and beautiful apartment is available for short-term rental. We require a minimum rental period of 8 weeks. Extensions are possible upon agreement.
The apartment features high-quality, modern furnishings. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are not available. We ask that you treat the furnishings with care. The apartment is comfortably furnished.
Please note: For July and August, the daily rental rate is €50.00 per person. An additional person will incur an extra charge of €5.00 per day (maximum of 2 people total), with a minimum rental period of 8 weeks.
Utilities included:
Building superintendent, snow removal, stair cleaning (once a week), and waste disposal fees.
There will be no additional charges for utilities. The utility fees are fixed costs. No further payments are due after the rental period.
The security deposit covers potential rental defaults, damages, or the final account.
Final cleaning:
The apartment must be left clean and swept.
A hygiene cleaning fee of €80.00 is charged upon departure.
We can provide bed linens and towels if desired.
Additionally, the apartment includes a television, a new washing machine, and a Saeco coffee machine.

You should be a non-smoker and single. You should like absolute peace and quiet. The 7-party house is mainly owned by senior citizens. Loud music or parties are not welcome in this property.
For 2 persons, the utilities increase by 150 euros per month.
You would also have to register a second residence in Bad Kissingen. Otherwise a visitor's tax will be added for the first 6 weeks.
