We are selling our well-maintained semi-detached house in the idyllic village of Görwihl. The house is a solid construction, built in 1985, with a full basement. A complete renovation was carried out in 2007, along with regular upgrades. The total area is over 220 m², with approximately 140 m² of living space and at least another 80 m² of usable space. The property has a garden of 531 m², which is well-maintained and attractive. The house can also be purchased through a rent-to-buy scheme, with a monthly rent of €1,800.
