Based on its size and layout, the apartment is ideal for 1 person or a couple, and is therefore intended for a maximum of 2 people. We primarily offer the apartment to reliable prospective tenants with a consistently secure rental payment and demonstrable financial stability. As a guideline, the total rent should be in a reasonable proportion to the monthly net household income or to a guaranteed cost coverage. In our experience, the total rent should ideally not exceed approximately 30-35% of the monthly net household income. We are looking for a long-term rental agreement. The planned rental agreement is open-ended, with a mutual agreement to waive termination rights / a minimum rental period of 36 months. Please check before making your inquiry whether the total rent, security deposit, start date, household size, and minimum rental period are financially feasible and suitable for you.
