Since the entire property, according to the land registry, consists of two areas (the main plot and a 3-meter wide strip along the side), this side strip can remain in our ownership. However, this will require changes to the garden design.
Currently, we still occupy the house, as our new home is not yet completed.
We can transfer ownership of the house by the end of the third quarter at the latest, but no later than the fourth quarter.
