The modernly furnished holiday apartment "Ankerplatz," located in an aparthotel completed in 2023 on the edge of Jasmund National Park, offers a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's a hike or bike ride through Jasmund National Park to the famous chalk cliffs, or excursions to diverse attractions along the eastern coast of Rügen, such as Cape Arkona in the north, or the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin in the south, there's something for everyone. During the construction and furnishing of the apartment, emphasis was placed on space and comfort. The 94 square meter apartment features a living room with an open connection to the kitchen. The balcony, located in front of the living room, is accessible from both areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, ceramic hob, and a table where 6 guests can comfortably dine. The two bedrooms feature "Bruno" box-spring beds with 7-zone comfort mattresses, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. In the living room, two additional guests can use the "Bruno" sofa bed, which promises high sleeping comfort thanks to its box-spring technology. Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower and two sinks. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is accessible by elevator and is barrier-free. The apartment includes a parking space. This vacation apartment is completely ready for rental! It has been offered for commercial vacation rental, accommodating up to 6 guests, through the agency Femaris since autumn 2025. The high booking rates and excellent reviews demonstrate that guests feel comfortable here. The asking price includes the parking space (€7,500) and all furnishings and accessories (€30,000). The owners will soon be offering two more vacation apartments, "Inseltraum" (approximately 75 square meters) and "Kogge" (approximately 100 square meters), for sale in the same building.
