There are several commercial halls within the building, ranging in size from 100 to 900 square meters. One separate hall is 280 square meters and includes a freezer room. The large hall could be heated with gas/air heaters suspended from the ceiling (currently, the gas line is inactive and without a gas meter). The front section, which includes the offices and staff accommodation, was renovated and refurbished in 1990 and 1995. The rear outdoor area is enclosed and paved with asphalt. The warehouse is accessible at ground level via three roller doors and sliding doors, allowing truck access. Inside the large warehouse, there is a 4-ton crane track. In the front section, there is a boiler room with an oil heating system, approximately 20 square meters in size. The external underground storage tank was fitted with a new inner lining and leak detection system in 2016.
