5 months rent-free - Apartment for self-renovation.

Please read! We are renting out a property in a good location in Offenbach am Main that requires renovation. We are looking for a tenant who enjoys DIY and wants to help shape their future home according to their own ideas. The concept: Joint renovation.

The property will be handed over in its current condition. We will support you in the following ways:
Materials: After prior agreement, we will cover the complete costs for flooring, wallpaper, drywall, paint, tiles, sanitary fixtures, and electrical work, as agreed. In addition, you will not have to pay rent for 5 months.
Your contribution: You will carry out the renovation work (painting, flooring, assembly) yourself.
Support: We won't leave you alone. We will provide strong support for any technical questions or difficult tasks.
The electrical system must be renewed during the renovation. Here, we will work together:
Your planning: You decide where you need sockets, switches, or light outlets.
Preparation: After agreement, you can create slots or install flush-mounted boxes. Professional Installation: The proper installation, wiring, and final inspection must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.

Availability: Immediately, for the renovation phase. Ideally, you should have some prior experience in manual trades and the necessary tools.
