This modern and bright apartment, approximately 35 square meters in size, is located on the top floor of a two-family home. The apartment has its own entrance.

The property features a well-designed layout with high-quality finishes and is fully furnished. It includes a modern built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, and a separate microwave.

In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature even in warm weather.

The monthly rent includes all costs, including electricity and all utilities. Towel changes can be arranged weekly, and bed linen can be changed every two weeks, upon request. Cleaning of the apartment is available every four weeks, by prior arrangement. Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning is also possible for an additional fee.

The minimum rental period is one month. The maximum rental period is six months.

Located in a prime residential area of Nürtingen, in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
